The way couriers handle missing parcels varies, but in each case you will need to contact the courier company and probably fill out a claims form. We use Royal Mail to ship your product. If with Royal Mail something is lost, damaged , delayed, or arrives with some of the contents missing you may be able to claim compensation by filling out their form.
All orders will be shipped as soon as possible across mainland UK. Orders placed after 3:00pm will be processed the following working day. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be shipped on Monday for Tuesday delivery. You will receive email confirmation when we receive the order. For the Next Working Day Delivery options, orders must be placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday to be delivered on the next working day, this excludes weekends and public holidays.
